Keepmoat- March 2017
At present Keepmoat are biggest client. Over the course of the last year we have built an excellent relationship with this company and hope to work with them for many years to come. There are two current projects in Wrexham and Blackburn.
The Wrexham site involves construction of 100 bedroom nursing home with over a year's work for the company. Blackburn is similar with a construction of a 130 bedroom nursing home.
Our next project with Keepmoat is due to start in early May and will be in Liverpool city center. A development of an 80 bedroom student accommodation will be our first project in the city. Using this as a platform to continue working in Liverpool and show city developers the professionalism and expertise of our company.
